When I first joined the gym, I had a classic skinny-fat build - soft around the belly, no real muscle...
I knew I needed more protein, but every meal plan felt like punishment: bland chicken, dry rice, and no flavor. I’d last a week, then fall off.
One night I remember staring at my fridge thinking: "There’s no way I can keep eating like this and still enjoy my life."
So I started experimenting... Over time, I created meals that hit the macros - but actually tasted incredible.
